Amber Anderson Villa
Amber Anderson Villa joined Sally & Fitch LLP in 2005, after working for five years as a litigation associate at Dechert LLP in Boston . She focuses her practice in the areas of products liability, intellectual property, media law and general business litigation. Amber is a graduate of The Colorado College, (B.A., 1997) and Boston College Law School , (J.D., magna cum laude, 2000), where she was a member of the Order of the Coif and the Boston College Law Review, (Staff Writer, 1998-1999; Articles Editor, 1999-2000). Her publications include, Disabled Without Benefits: The Impacts of Recent Social Security Reform on Disabled Children, Boston College Law Review, December 1999. “Amber has also been selected as a “Rising Star” placing her among the top 2.5% of lawyers under the age of 40, in the “Super Lawyers” poll appearing in the May 2007 issue of Boston Magazine.” As an undergraduate, Amber was a Boettcher Scholar, (an award of full tuition scholarship at a Colorado institution), a member of Delta Sigma Tau Kappa Alpha, National Honor Society for Speech and Debate, and the recipient of the Appollonian Award for outstanding contribution to debate and forensics.
