Elizabeth Koenig joined Sally & Fitch LLP in 2004. Elizabeth focuses her practice on general business litigation, including contract actions, real estate disputes, and business torts. She also practices in the area of divorce and family law.

Prior to joining the firm, she worked at Brown Rudnick Berlack Israels and the Anti-Defamation League.

Elizabeth graduated cum laude from Cornell University in 1997, and received her law degree from Cornell Law School in 2000. During law school, Elizabeth served as a Note Editor on the Cornell International Law Journal, and interned with the Hon. Patti B. Saris, U.S. District Court, District of Massachusetts. Prior to attending law school, Elizabeth interned with the Clerk's Office of the United States Supreme Court.

Elizabeth is involved in the community and sits on the young leadership division board of a local non-profit organization, and also is a member of the Anti-Defamation League’s Civil Rights Executive Committee. “Elizabeth has also been selected as a “Rising Star” placing her among the top 2.5% of lawyers under the age of 40, in the “Super Lawyers” poll appearing in the May 2007 issue of Boston Magazine.”
