We persuaded the First Circuit to overturn the verdict based on insufficient evidence, and resisted the plaintiff's efforts to obtain review by the United Stares Supreme Court.
   
• We defended approximately 5000 defective product cases for one major corporation. Almost all of these cases were settled through the use of innovative approaches, including a structured settlement of a large block of them.
