Ashly Scheufele is a graduate of Boston College, (B.A., cum laude, 2004) and Boston College Law School, (J.D., 2007). During law school, Ashly was a Regional Finalist in the European Law National Moot Court Competition, an advocate in the Wendell F. Grimes Moot Court Competition, a student clerk at the Charlestown District Court, and an intern at the Conservation Law Foundation.

Ashly has worked in all areas of complex civil litigation since joining Sally & Fitch LLP. Her recent cases have included a complex zoning and land use matter, an international arbitration involving a technology license agreement in the Peoples Republic of China and a business litigation case with extensive E-Discovery issues.

In 2009, Law & Politics recognized Ashly as a Rising Star in the Massachusetts Super Lawyer list published in Boston Magazine.  The Rising Star award is limited to 2.5% of lawyers in Massachusetts under the age of 40 who have been practicing for less than 10 years.
