Bill McCormack has tried many cases in state and federal courts in Massachusetts and other states. He has handled arbitrations and mediations in the United States and other countries.
Bill is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, is listed in Best Lawyers in America and teaches Trial Practice at Boston College Law School.
He was a partner at Bingham McCutchen LLP where he helped develop and managed a training program for trial lawyers, was the partner responsible for administering the firm’s Litigation Practice Area for several years, and later was elected to the firm’s management committee for several years.
He is a former President of the Boston Inn of Court, and is the immediate Past President of the Boston College Law School Alumni Association. He is also a member of the Board of Overseers of Boston College Law School, and is a Supreme Judicial Court appointee to the Board of Overseers of Lawyers Concerned for lawyers.
Bill concentrates on business litigation – some on contingent fee – and tort and product liability litigation.
